L.M denotes 'Life Membership'; a status that, when awarded to a Member, denotes that along with other qualifying conditions, they have greater than 15 years service to the Choir.
S.C denotes 'Senior Chorister' (the longest serving Member). Ken Thompson who holds this appointment joined the Choir in 1976 and therefore has served the Choir for 36 years.
