'NEWS'

• July is always the month of the Annual General Meeting of the Choir and of the Registered Charity.
• Several changes  of officers took place and the list of the new Committee and of the Trustees of the Registered Charity are shown on the page entitled OFFICERS.
• You will see that Ken Beevers was re-elected to serve as Chairman of the Charity and of  the Choir.   2010/11 will be Ken's eleventh year in the position of Choir Chairman.  Ken is the third longest serving Chairman in the Choir's history which started in 1919.
• During 2010 a full programme of performances is booked,  (see the page entitled ENGAGEMENTS for details).  A number of Concerts are also already booked for 2011.   It is becoming increasingly important to book early if you wish to match the Choir's availability with an event date you have in mind.

'STOP PRESS'

The Choir has recently recorded its third CD that was Released on 5 June 2010.  See RECORDINGS for details and how to buy.  Initial reaction highly favourable.  Seling well and appreciatitve feedback.

The Choir's next engagement : 

15 September  (Wednesday) at  Emmanuel Church Ilfracombe 8.15pm. A concert in aid of Church funds.
